Welcome to Bundter Games!

In the Bundter Games, there can only be one victor. Supervising Producer Brian McCarthy brought cake and entertainment to the Monday meeting, presenting a "monkey bread" bundt that towered higher than a Jersey tease, as well as a Hunger Games inspired trivia contest for all to enjoy.

Brian moderated the first annual Bundter Games, and they were a resounding success. Both Michael Green and Tamara Blaich were chosen at the reaping as tributes to battle over who would receive next week's bundt.

To survive the Bundter Games, tributes must arm themselves with Jerseylicious knowledge and answer a series of trivia questions about the show. Ultimately, Tamara walked out of the Bundter Games arena victorious.

And, as Bundter Games champion, Tamara will return to her Chicagolicious district with the highly coveted orange bundt pan and privilege of baking a cake for next week. Congrats, Tamara, and may the odds be ever in your favor!

Lane's "Chicagolicious" Bundt

Story Producer Lane Holland jump started our week with a bit of bubbly baked into the bundt.

As the first bundtee of the soon-to-be-smash "Chicagolicious," Lane decided to regale the entire JL/CL team with stories of the freewheeling, free-flowing behavior of Valencia, one of the show's top stylists.  Apparently, Valencia likes to drink morning champagne (a bit of "Veuve") in lieu of morning coffee, as evidenced by Lane's delicious pink champagne bundt.  With a cheap bottle of pink champagne baked right into the mix, it was so delicious that not even the two pregnant women working in our office could resist a slice of alcohol-drenched cake.  (Whatever, pregnant women did way worse things in the 60's...)

Let the bundts begin!

The smell of fresh frosting is in the air, baking pans are clanking through the hallways and fellow coworkers are approaching their desks with palpable anxiety. All of this can only add up one thing: it’s bundting season!

Executive producer Blake Levin kicked off the festivities on Monday by presenting a strawberry shortcake in bundt form. The cake was adorned with an assortment of running figurines, signifying the “fun run” theme for Season Four of Jerseylicious.

Unfortunately, one action figure was unable to finish the race due to note exhaustion.
